General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Integral Praxis

 
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services (energy treatments, mindfulness sessions, meditation consultations and mental training) provided by Henriett Lohn (hereinafter referred to as „Integral Praxis”). By booking an appointment, the client accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
 
2. Scope of service and legal statement (Humanenergetik)
Integral Praxis helps you achieve physical and energetic balance. The services are not considered medical treatment, medical therapy or psychotherapy. They do not replace a medical diagnosis or officially regulated Austrian lifestyle and social counseling (LSB). The client assumes full personal responsibility for the process.
 
3. Appointment booking and cancellation conditions (48 hour rule)
Appointments are binding. Free cancellation or modification of appointments is possible no later than 48 hours before the booked time possible.
  • In case of cancellation, modification or no-show less than 48 hours before the appointment, 100% of the full fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • The client's lateness does not extend the duration of the session. The pre-planned duration is shortened by the length of the delay.
4. Honorarium and payment terms
 The fee must be paid immediately after the individual session, by bank transfer - in the case of group self-knowledge, by advance payment. In the case of booking multi-month accompanying packages, the installment payment agreements specified in the contract apply.
 
5. Confidentiality
Integral Praxis undertakes to treat all information and data entrusted to it by the client during sessions as strictly confidential.
 
6. Competent court and applicable law
Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Mödling.

3. Data processing on the website
  • Contact: If you contact me by email, contact form or phone, I will store the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message text) for the purpose of processing your request and answering any further questions. I will not pass this data on to third parties without your permission.
  • Server logs (Server-Log-Files): The website's hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which are automatically transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of visit). This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and is used solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website.
4. Duration of data storage
I will store your data as long as it is necessary to process your request, fulfill contractual obligations (during energy sessions), or as long as it is required by legal (e.g. tax retention) obligations.
 
5. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your data stored by me:
    • Right to information (what data I store)
    • Right to rectification (correction of incorrect data)
    • Right to erasure (deletion of data if there is no legal obligation to retain it)
    • Right to restriction of data processing and data portability.
